The two most important pieces of any successful nutrition plan are Food Quality and Quantity.

Food Quality is to lose fat, build muscle and a healthy lifestyle. Bulking of your body should come from micronutrient but the problem for most struggling dieters is what they eat but how much quantity of food they intake.


If you have been struggling to lose weight despite exercising hard and eating healthy, here’s what I’d recommend doing:

(a) Start tracking Macros 
(b) Start measuring your food intake.

Reason being, its the best way to ensure what you’re eating. You don’t have to use it forever. Do it till you reach your goal.

There will be a situation like parties, travel, and restaurants, where you don’t have a scale. That’s where your graph comes in!

So, tracking is helpful to measure your food.
Above giddiness is especially useful for estimating portions for high-calorie food.
